Program: Special Events This event offers guests the chance to see aviation in action, and we need dedicated volunteers to help ensure a smooth and safe experience for all attendees. Volunteer Responsibilities: ✅ Flight Line Guides – Direct guests to and from the aircraft safely and ensure smooth boarding. ✅ Safety Briefing Assistants – Provide a brief safety overview before guests board their flights. ✅ Photographers & Event Capturers – Help document the experience with photos and videos. ✅ Flight Simulator Instructors – Assist guests in our flight simulator, helping them “take off” and experience virtual flying. ✅ RC Simulator Instructors – Guide participants through remote-controlled aircraft simulations. ✅ STEAM Activity Helpers – Support hands-on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math activities for children and families. ✅ General Event Support – Help with guest wayfinding, answer questions, and assist wherever needed.
