Please read information below for our Exhibition at Spaceport America Open House Sunday Sep 21, 2025.
- Each Exhibitor and STEM program will be assigned to a specific space and is responsible for setting up and tearing down their booth.
- Unless other arrangements are made prior to the event, all exhibitors and STEM Programs must occupy their designated space.
- Exhibitors must be self-sufficient, bringing their own tables, chairs, shade structures, etc. Power, fuel, water, etc., are not available on site. Please plan accordingly and bring anything you need.
- At the close of the event, participants are responsible for returning their site to the same condition as they received it. All trash and items must be removed, and the area must be clean.
- Wi-Fi is available at the site.
- Except for Verizon, cell coverage may be spotty.
