We're gearing up for our annual Paso del Norte Aviation Hall of Fame on February 27, 2026, and we need your help to make it a huge success! As always, a great event starts and ends with a smooth setup and breakdown. Your support in these crucial volunteer shifts would make a world of difference.
We're seeking volunteers for the following roles:
**Setup Crew**
**Time:** Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at 9:00 am
**Tasks:** Help with setting up tables, chairs, decorations, and other necessary equipment.
**Details:** This is the perfect role for those who enjoy working with a team to transform a space.
**Breakdown Crew**
**Time:** Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at 9:00 am
**Tasks:** Help with packing up equipment, taking down decorations, and ensuring the venue is clean and tidy.
**Details:** The post-event cleanup is a vital step, and a great way to help us finish strong.

We know that setup and breakdown can be some of the hardest shifts to fill, but your efforts are essential to our event's success. It's also a great opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers and get a behind-the-scenes look at how everything comes together!
